Pink Floyd’s album Animals is a very cynical album. In it, the human race is characterized into 3 different animals. Dogs (vicious people who only look after themselves), sheep (people who conform, following what others tell them blindly), and pigs (greedy people who want everything for themselves). This may seem a harsh view to some, but masterfully written lyrics, which renounce these flawed groups, as well as painstakingly crafted instruments, make this album all too easy to recommend. 5 out of 5 stars.
